FAQs

Urgent care facilities are an alternative to going to the emergency room. If your illness or injury is not life-threatening, but it cannot wait until the next day/next available doctor’s appointment, then you should go to an urgent care center. Patients with life-threatening injuries or illnesses should go to a hospital emergency room instead.

One of the reasons why urgent care is preferable over the emergency room is that your wait time will be substantially less. We provide immediate care that is also more affordable than the bills you get stuck with after an emergency room visit. For non-life-threatening health emergencies, go to the nearest urgent care.
