Had the most amazing service here for my mom. We showed up late and they took us and had everything ready for the next morning so we could be seen asap. Raspberry and the entire staff was amazing. They will make you feel welcome and take care of you here I would highly recommend this urgent care to everyone.

Recommend by a friend, after my daughter injured her ankle I walked it for treatment. The front counter , Raspberry was so welcoming, warm and friendly. She had us set up and in a room with no wait time. Once seen the nurse practitioner Megan was great. She was kind and listened and informed so kindly and helped us get on track for relief and treatment. I'm so relieved and grateful to them all for the great service provided!

Valencia checked us in fast and had us registered quick! Loretta, the NP, was kind and nice! She sent over medications for my daughter quick! Everyone working there today were great!

I've been here on a few occasions back when COVID was first taking off. Always had a pleasant experience with there staff. Their providers have excellent bedside manner. Jennifer was really nice. I did have an issue in which there was an error with my bill, but after raising my concerns the owner, Deji, quickly reached out and took care of the problem the next business day. I've had issues with other healthcare facilities that try to stick the patient with the cost of their own mistakes, but that was not the case here at all. I was very impressed with how professional he was and how quickly he got it resolved. They definitely care about patient satisfaction.

I came in for the first time since I just moved to the area and was very impressed with the location and staff! Michelle checked me in and it was very easy, everything was filled out over the phone. Rasberry and Jennifer took my vitals and were very attentive when I was going over symptoms and were quick to act. Would definitely come back and will be recommending this spot to my friends and family.
